ICC Chief Executive Haroon Lorgat showed that the preparations of the five host stadiums for the Cricket World Cup are behind schedule.
However Lorgat is convinced in all places for the tournament in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh will be ready on time.
"I'm sure they will be ready," said Lorgat. "All of our reports do not indicate something similar to what you have come to light during the Commonwealth Games".
Initial match between India and Bangladesh is carried out on 19 February.
Greatest concern is the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, which hosts the finale of 2 April, but still process overhaul of existing.

Lorgat also confirms that the ICC will consider whether to introduce a system for reviewing the decision of the Umpire in one day internationals, after being trialled in the World Cup.
"We will be using it during the World Cup and World Cup we will post it will transpose it to the next meeting of the Committee," he said.
England and Australia will become the first two countries make use of the system of referral in one day internationals in their seven game series, which began in Melbourne on Sunday.
